"We have this treasure...
that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us."
2 Corinthians 4:7
Where I can post my thoughts, my photographs, and what the Lord is teaching me. May it be a blessing to you, and help you meditate on that which is pure and lovely. "Whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy -- meditate on these things." Philippians 4:8

Good quote. I love the picture.
That is a really GREAT quote, Bethany! Which book of John Piper was that quote from? He has so many good ones. Thank you for sharing it. May we be so close to Jesus Christ that His power can rest upon us!
Love and hugs to you!:)
The quote by John Piper is from the book "When I Don't Desire God; How to Fight for Joy." It is my book to read for this trip, and it has been SOOOO good and spiritually challenging!
