"Why could we not?..." the disciples asked Jesus.

"Because of your unbelief,
for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed,
you will [move mountains],
and nothing will be impossible for you."
Matthew 17:19-20

Faith -- not necessarily great faith,
but little faith in a great God.

Faith that knows during the darkest of night,
the Son still radiates within.

That's been such an encouragement to me that it's not the amount of faith I have, but what (or rather WHO it's placed in!

I've loved that quote for a long time! If I'm remembering right, it's by Hudson Taylor. Correct me if I'm wrong!

It was so wonderful spending time with you the other evening! Can't wait until we can again, Lord willing, in September!

Oh Bethany!

Once again, this post is just what I needed, when I needed it! The reminder that in those darkest of times, there is the Son that still radiates within, was just the line I needed today!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Much love,
You know who

PS--Beautiful picture. You capture His majesty so well!

Thanks for the precious encouragement, Bethany! You really have a way with words...!;-)
God bless you as you serve Him!

I know that whatever little faith you have, if given back to Him for His service, He will strengthen and multiply in you to meet the challenges that He has in store for your life!

Keep running the Race, with patience!=)

I love that quote too, Bethany! It puts the perspective where it's supposed to be. "faith as small as a mustard seed" rested upon an infinite God.

Have I mighty faith?... it matters not - HE is mighty!
Thank you for sharing this encouragement, I see that many people have appreciated it.
