Rest in the Lord...

and wait paitently for Him...
Do not fret--it only causes harm.
Psalms 37:7, 8
Thus will I live and walk from day to day,
Contented, trustful, satisfied, and still;
What life so shielded, or what life so free,
As that within the center of Thy will!

Rest...what a challenge! But oh, the joy that comes from being right in the palm of His hands! Thank you for the powerful reminder, and beautiful picture!

Love ya!

Hey 'tousin!
Did you know that I've been "lurking" for quite some time?!? Your blog is SUCH an encouragement... And your pictures are breathtaking! Whenever I look on here and see a particularly incredible picture, I have to stop and ask myself, "DID SHE REALLY TAKE THAT?!?! Wow!!! That's like a 'professional' picture!" I just wanted to say that I love you and I'm so glad that I decided to keep you as my 'tousin! :o) lol

Love you and keep up the blogging!!!

Thanks for the comment Abi! It is always a blessing to hear your thoughts.

Nicole - I'm glad you decided to keep me as your cousin too! (grin) I didn't know that you were one of my lurkers, but thanks for dropping a note -- it is always fun to find out who the 'lurkers' are!
And I guess we'll be seeing you soon -- I hear you have a brother that needs some senior pictures taken?! I'm praying for good weather, preferably not rain (like it did when we took your senior pictures!) Love ya, too, 'tousin!

Is this the day for those
"lurking" to come out?? Well, I am posting, but you will still have to guess "who" this is. Your blog is a blessing, for God has given you a talent to put pictures and words together to minister to those who come here. Don't grow weary in well doing, for we shall reap-if we do not loose heart.

Anonymous lurker -- I am very bad at guessing games. (grin) Especially when I can't see a handwriting or hear a voice...or even know where I might have met you!

But thanks for the encouragement. That is my prayer -- that this blog would not just be a time waster in my day, but a real blessing to all who are pressing heavenward, and also that God would be glorified.
