Sure! Pray for those you love. It also helps if others post, call, email, text, and leave info on their sites (assuming you can get the internet:) so you don't seem so far away.

Home could be 'in a moment, the twinkling of an eye'!

Get a family member to give you a hug.... After all, when you take them with you, the biggest piece of home is in hugging-distance. :)

And across the miles from one who also misses Nebraska, here is a big ol' fashioned ((((WISCONSIN HUG)))) I sure miss you... Any tips on how to overcome that would be welcome :)

How about this cure??? Come HOME?? :D Okay, so that's not the best one since you have a trip to finish!

But just think...you are so much closer to 'Going Home' than when you left...waaaayyyy closer! Hmmmm--somehow I have a feeling that isn't much comfort right now either?! So how about a great BIG hug, and smiles 'across the miles'?!?!

I don't have any cure - but if you find one can you let me know!!!

Especially for when your parents have to live in one place for their ministry and you have to live in a totally different part of the state :(

Don't know yet. But if it helps, I'm homesick too! Especially for the open prairie!! Oh, and I miss family too. ;D But at least you have (most of) your family with you! :) If you come through Elgin I'll be sure to give you a hug!

Perhaps it is the homesickness that makes home sweeter... :)

Smiles and a hug for you Bethany, you will be home soon!

aw, well, "home is where the heart is." ;) (ie, your family... the Lord... people you love and people who love you... )
It's hard... :( Yes, I agree with the others... everything to God in prayer! :)

Take Care, and look Upward always!

I find that spending time in prayer praising God for his many blessings (including having the opportunity to travel away from 'home') is the biggest relief for me.
Of course I have never traveled like you guys do, but it sure can't hurt. :)
