Matthew 25:23

"Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things...enter thou into the joy of the Lord."

The reward of being 'faithful over a few things' is just the same as being 'faithful over many things' ; for the emphasis falls upon the same word; it is the 'faithful' who will enter 'into the joy of their Lord.'

Hi, Bethany.

I just read Matthew 24 this morning, and verses 45-46 complement that passage from chapter 25 really well.

"Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season? Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing."

BTW, I really like the photo, too!

Peace. --Jacob

We first need to be faithful in little things before God can offer the big ones!
