Romans 6:16

"Do you no know that...you are that one's slaves whom you obey,
whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to rightesouness?"

The key to godliness is not more knowledge of God
but more obedience to Him.

No -- it wasn't in Nebraska. :D This picture was taken from the Libby, Montana, area...it truly is the land of "majestic mountains."

Neat photo!
In July, my sister and I are traveling to Seattle on a train, and I cannot wait to see the mountains! I flew over them twice a few years ago, but it was after dark both times. God's creation is so amazing and majestic, and I am so excited at the opportunity to enjoy more of it!

Hm, thank you, Bethany! I needed that "key" reminder!:) I appreciate you sharing that!

Beautiful, stunning picture, too!

I love mountains... always a reminder to me that even if they would be cast into the sea, God is still on my side, and nothing is too high for the Lord.

Blessings to you in Jesus!

Ah - that's a thought - there is more power in acting on the truth that I already have, than stuffing my head with more knowledge that I don't plan to do anything about. "..there's no other way to be happy in Jesus than to trust and obey." Thanks for sharing Bethany!
