Snapshots of today

Our new bus -- and home for the next 3 weeks! And yes, we did get on the road this time; thank you for all your prayers!

After spending 13 non-stop hours in the bus, (and knowing we have 13 more hours to travel!) it was an immense treat this afternoon to stop at a roadside rest stop in Utah.

Gott'a run off all that energy before loading up in the bus!

This is a typical picture of what I look like on our trips -- with the camera bags! Here I am using the video camera instead of my own personal one 'cause one of my brother's was using my camera.

Always good for a grin!

Having never been this far west before, the scenery was absolutely amazing! We all crowded in the front of the bus and 'ooh-ed' and 'aah-ed' at all the towering mountains and rocks.

The mountains proclaim it -- He is Lord!

Isn't it so easy to take pictures of the mountains! You see one that is pretty then you see another one that is prettier! And it just keeps going on and on! His creation leaves me in amazement... Have a great trip!

Did you cut your hair, Bethany? I was looking back at your pictures and I noticed it looked a little shorter.. but maybe it just looked that way because it was in french braids...

Glad to hear that you are on your way! Looks like you are having fun in the mountains! The two things that I miss most from the West coast are the mountains and the ocean. They are so beautiful and grandiose... Truly, “The heavens declare the glory of God, and the firmament sheweth His handiwork!”

May God richly bless you all, and give you safe travels!

Wow -- you are attentive, Kori! Yes, I did cut my hair. Or rather, Rachel did. (She is my all time favorite barber, hands down!) My hair was getting so long it was losing it's natural wave, so getting it trimmed was wonderful!

Laura and I almost didn't recognize the picture of Josiah with a clean face (smile)! Glad the bus is on the road, and hope you enjoy that provision of the Lord even more now with all of the delays that occurred with it.

I don't know if you mind...but can I ask you some questions about your camera? :D

What kind of lens do you use?

Does the the D70 comes with an in-built flash?

I think that's all for now. :)
