Siblings are special

...especially mine!

How do people make it through life without 'em?

The most treasured heirlooms are the sweet memories of my family...

they remind me of how blessed I am to have siblings and friends like you...

...and you never know when we'll be making another memory!!

I smile because you are my siblings;
I laugh because there is nothing you can do about it!

What a fun post!!! Makes me want more siblings! ;) I was going to pick a favorite...but I don't think that's possible! :D

Happy Maund(a)y Thursday! Is that how you spell it?

Ooooh!! Such a sweet post! I agree - siblings are the BEST!! After us first 3 oldest (my two brothers and I) my Dad got a vasectomy. Then, 3 years later, got a reversal. Then, after 3 years Mom had another baby. And since then they've just kept coming! Mom is now expecting our 6th baby after the reversal, and I can't imagine what our life would be like without younger siblings!!

I say a hearty Amen to that!!!! Siblings are special!!! Treasure the memories while you have them; they do take wings and fly away... It sure is lonely here since my sis got married and moved to NC, but I have a lot more compassion for single children now.

Blessings to all of you!

P.S. I love the top comment! ;-}

Some awesome photos, Bethany!

Sure, siblings are special, but I would debate the 'especially yours' point. :-)

Thanks for posting; it's a joy to read and see.

You're mean: you laugh because there's nothing they can do about it. :) I'm sure they wouldn't change that fact for the world! Very cute post. :) I second the comment about siblings taking wings and flying. That does happen and things are never quite the same again so enjoy the close proximity of your siblings while you can. (Not that you aren't, but... you know what I mean!)

I treasure each one of mine. I feel bad for those who do not have a happy home, or choose not to have any or very few. i wouldn't be able to imagine my family without the ones He has place in it!

Very nice!:) They are always a blessing.....but it is sometimes hard to remember that and act on it! I do love them alot though and I pity people that don't have them. Very funny Andrew, you know you sound alot like my brother Andrew :). Oh and Bethany, I love your blog. It is so cool to hear all about what you guys are doing and the things that have been impressed on your heart! Keep up the good work.

I treasure my siblings - all 6 of them, and now the 2 extras I get with in-laws, and the precious 7 nieces and nephews as a result! I miss them... I'm the next to the youngest, and the older ones really do seem to fly away. There's only 2 of us left at home now! I learn more and more to cherish the times we do get to spend together.

I enjoy your blog! Thank you for sharing glimpses of your life with us. =)

I have 11 younger siblings and it is sometimes very hard to remember that they are a blessing. But I do love them all!! :)

Thanks for the neat post Bethany. It is good to have a close bond with your brothers and sisters. I am glad that I have my sister our bond as brother and sister has gotten better since we have gotten older and I would not trade her for the world. Keep up with the great pictures. I like reading your posts

Yes, You do have special siblings. But, I personaly think that MY brothers (and sisters) are the BEST! Just my personal opinion. Though I think there are about 13 other people who would agree whole heartedly! I have heard that "More siblings are God's way of letting you know that you live too boring of a life!"

So true, my sisters are my best friends. I don't know what I would do without them. I get over half of my clothes, cooking skills, joy, help, school, and memories from them. I thank God for them all!
Your family is so precious.
