Psalms 19:14

"Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight,
O LORD, my strength and my Redeemer."

The test of a man's religious life and character is not what he does in the exceptional moments of life, but what he does in the ordinary times, when there is nothing tremendous or exciting going on. The worth of a man is revealed in his attitude to ordinary things when he is not before the footlights.
-Oswald Chambers

GOOD post! I think it was Jake Hess who said that, "If your light shines brighter on stage than it does at home, you're in trouble."

Bethany,

What a thought provoking insights! Such truth...am I being faithful in those day to day situations, or only in those moments that seem so grand? Those everyday moments, and my handling of them is what matters more. For, only as we are faithful in what seems to be little, can we then be what God desires in those great things!!

Love to you,
~Abi~
